Club Tora fees are $55/day. Club Tora is open Tuesday through Friday. We follow Newport school calendar and off on all school holidays, vacations, snow days, and summer. Full biweekly fees are charged for these days.
  • What does a day at Club Tora look like?
The child’s day is planned and organized to allow children freedom of choice throughout their play. Children can engage in 1- 15 activity centers or in the kitchen area, choose a teacher directed activity or sensory play. Circle time is a mixture of stories, learning games, music, and sharing time. Outside play at the Coggeshall School playground is an important part of our day. Even in the winter, we love to go sledding at the schoolyard. Program activity calendars with reminders are distributed monthly.
  • Do the children have quiet time?
Yes. After lunch the children gather their blankets for 30 minutes of quiet time with a book, a puzzle, or a fun-for-one busy box.
  • Do children have to be toilet trained?
Yes, children must be toilet trained. Children “on the fence” learn quickly as they model their peers and follow the bathroom routines. Clothing that encourages independence is most helpful. Accidents are expected along with help wiping. We will work together to make sure this is a positive part of the day.

Parents provide morning and afternoon snacks along with lunch. Club Tora does provide milk with lunch. Water is served with snack and is readily available to the children throughout the day.

Once a week, the child will have "Show and Share" in which they bring something in from home to share with their friends.
